A refreshing mix of beets, ginger, and cider with some autumnal spices.
We recommend adding whiskey or tequila reposado to the Be[et] Beautiful mix. Feel free to enjoy your delicious cocktail and the cinnamon sugar pasta chips while preparing your dinner!
Roasted cremini mushrooms covered with a harvest glaze of butter, thyme, shallot, and garlic.
When seasoning the mushrooms with salt and pepper, we recommend adding a pinch or two of each. However, please feel free to add more or less salt and pepper to suit your palate.
Chestnut Parisian Gnocchi
Crispy chestnut Parisian gnocchi with chilli-roasted butternut squash, crispy kale, and a maple syrup finish.
The gnocchi and the mushrooms will take about the same amount of time to prepare. If you start the recipes at the same time, both will be done in approximately 15-20 minutes. Feel free to break up the meal into separate courses if you prefer.
A classic French dessert with caramelized apples scented with brandy and warm spices.
You can put the prepared tarte into the oven right before eating dinner so that it is ready a little after the main course, or you can refrigerate the prepared tarte and save it for another time!
An intense, concentrated Colombia roast fluff atop your favorite milk as a complementary nightcap.
This makes two servings. If you do have extra coffee fluff, be sure to refrigerate it in an airtight container. It can hold for about 3 days.
Cinnamon Sugar Farfalle Chips
A twist on a classic sweet treat — golden fried Farfalle tossed in cinnamon and sugar.
Toss the pasta immediately after frying so the sugar and cinnamon sticks!
